Who we are

The Beauty Aesthetics Academy is the training arm of The Beauty Aesthetics Group. The data controller is Beauty Aesthetics Academy UK Limited (company information is on the company information page). What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you write to us, including any information about your qualifications, experience or, for model enquiries, your health. We only ask for health information where it is needed to assess suitability for a treatment.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply to you, to assess whether a course or model opportunity is suitable, and to arrange bookings. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to respond (steps prior to entering a contract) and, for health information, your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are received by the Academy team. We use email and, where configured, a form-delivery service to receive messages. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months. Student and model records are kept for as long as required for insurance and regulatory purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
