About this course
The practitioner course covers everyday confidentiality. This course covers the owner's obligations: ICO registration, records of processing, privacy notices, data-processing agreements with software suppliers, staff training and access control, retention schedules, marketing consent and what to do in the first 72 hours of a breach.
