Records are the evidence of what was discussed, decided and done. This course sets out what a complete aesthetic treatment record contains, from consultation notes and consent to batch numbers, injection maps, settings, photographs and aftercare, and how to keep records securely for the right length of time.
It covers paper and digital systems, amendments and corrections, subject access requests, and what insurers and regulators expect to see when something goes wrong.
