It shows how to present findings and a phased plan, set expectations for timelines, and record a baseline that makes later progress measurable.

- Take a skin-focused history including products, medication and lifestyle.
- Classify skin using Fitzpatrick and skin-type frameworks.
- Identify and prioritise common concerns: texture, tone, congestion, sensitivity and ageing.
